Despite the staff was very lovely, I was disappointed by the express facial. I was expecting a nice relaxing facial massage but ended up with a face mask of 10 mins, cream and maybe 2 mins worth of « massage »
Could have done all of this myself with a home face mask and cream.
Was really looking forward to this but does not feel like this was worth the price (for what I was expecting at least)

This is my second time going to Ibrahim and I’m so pleased to have finally found a hairdresser in London that 1) doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for a simple cut, 2) is a really nice environment considering the price, and 3) does a really good cut. I really like this place and will be a regular customer, my search is over.
