My hair looks really amazing after a couple of days, though I do not understand why my hair was not cut to remove the ends. Also the atmosphere was pretty cold.

Despite the staff was very lovely, I was disappointed by the express facial. I was expecting a nice relaxing facial massage but ended up with a face mask of 10 mins, cream and maybe 2 mins worth of « massage »
Could have done all of this myself with a home face mask and cream.
Was really looking forward to this but does not feel like this was worth the price (for what I was expecting at least)
