The stylist seemed to pay little attention to my requests and privileged pace over quality - the cut was completed in 30 mins (vs. the 75 mins quoted on the website) and she didn’t use any products at all to protect my hair (e.g. no heat protector or serum). Very disappointing experience - purely functional and not worth the money in my opinion.
