I asked for curtain bangs with some slightly shorter pieces and showed numerous reference photos where all the framing pieces were not shorter than cheekbone length. I left the salon with a full fringe. The staff was lovely and I felt too bad to complain at the time especially seeing that the damage had already been done. However, it is not what I asked for at all and I hate it. Not only that, it’s very bluntly cut and uneven, impossible to style.

Ibrahim was incredible - he listened to my needs and spent time perfecting my hair, always checking in to see if I liked it. His colouring and cutting skills are superb. I was nervous about getting my hair done at a new salon but he was very attentive and match my blonde hair exactly to what I wanted. I will definitely be going back to him and telling my friends/family!

I love this salon, it always has a nice relaxed environment where I can unwind. Everyone that works there are always smiling, friendly and will go above and beyond to ensure you leave happy.
Paolo was exceptional, she took time to understand what I wanted to achieve and made my hair look fantastic!

Have not been back for months and i miss Ibrahim! I honestly don’t wanna go anywhere else to get my hair done. Ibrahim is the King and i love him. Always very kind, thoughtful and just know what to do with my hair. What works and what doesnt. Perfection.
