I had a really lovely cut by Mehmet, but a few issues with my booking. I had booked for 3:50, they called in the morning to shift back 30 mins because they had a lady coming with thick hair for a colour. I said I couldn’t do any later as I had plans so would cancel or rearrange if they thought it was going to be any later than that. Arrived at 4:20 and waited 40 more minutes before I was seen as there was 2 ladies being seen to by the only stylist in. Need better management of their bookings.
