Despite the staff was nice and welcoming and the place really clean, I left disappointed after the Luxury Facial. The steps have been explained in a superficial way, without asking any questions about my skin and if I had makeup on. Overall I could have done all of them by myself at home and would have saved 75£ - really not worth the price sorry.
