The venue was much darker than in the photo and than when I’ve visited before, so the ambience isn’t as nice as the picture makes out. Cut was good. Colour is quite brassy- having to tone it a lot myself at home.

I didn’t get the treatment I paid for as the machine was broken when I turned up, as I was there already I got a ‘luxury manicure’ was told I would get a refund for the overpayment and I haven’t - 3 days on the nails are chipping
