I have booked a facial and a gel manicure, but as I went 15 minutes late the facial has to be rescheduled. However, I wrote an email and called three times but no one has replied me yet. Very bad experience customer service needs improving

Sherrie lived up to her Colour Specialist title and did a spectacular job with my highlights, really blending them in with the old highlights and grown out parts. The only reason I'm giving a 4 and not 5 star rating is because my blunt cut was a bit uneven, and I had to go back in again and get it fixed.
