Nikol was brilliant with my lash lift - I was very nervous because I’ve had it done badly in the past. She has a very calming presence and is excellent at her job.
I also liked the fact she doesn’t just chitchat like hairdressers do sometimes. We had a nice conversation but also I had plenty of time to just relax

First time here and had a fantastic eyebrow shape and tint and eyelash tint with Nikol. I have fine blonde hair so am usually quite nervous about getting my brows done but I'm so happy with the result. I'll be back!
