I’ve been coming here for years and have always loved the service, which is why my experience on Tuesday was disappointing. I asked for a tidy up, but the shape ended up looking quite different and more length was taken off the ends than I expected. I also had to go home and tweeze and tidy up several stray hairs that were missed. I’m hoping this was just an off day as my experiences here have usually been great.
