The staff were very welcoming, my appointment began promptly and the Beautician checked with me to ensure I was happy with my treatments. She was professional and tailored the experience to me. I was very pleased with both my Brow taint and design and I'm obsessed with my lashes. Overall 10/10 minus nothing.
