Please cancel my appointment tomorrow, it's out of my control that the northern line train is cancelled just has I was getting on which meant I can't make the 4.45 pm appointment in time today. As a regular customer ready to rebook for 10 am the next day I am disappointed. Not even a consideration to reduce or not charge me the £45 fee.
