Amazing small spa within the Park Regis hotel Birmingham. It has a lovely atmosphere and unlike some bigger places is never too crowded because of how well the staff manage the flow of clients. There is a very good selection of treatments and I can also recommend the full body massage. Sabrina who administers the micro needling is brilliant and tailored my treatment, starting very gently and building up to a deeper depth on my second visit to get better results. This is now my go to place for micro needling as I feel it is very important to have this done by a professional that you trust.

The 2 girls who did our treatment was really friendly and offered good advice. Its a shame they dont have a swimming pool or jacuzzi but apart from that me and my mom enjoyed the few hours we spent there.
