The reviews before mine are right. You do not get any access to the sauna so essentially you are paying £120 for a massage. I wouldn’t recommend

I’ll start with the positives. The Massage and Facial was really good, loved it.
However, their advertising is misleading. On the offer it was made out as though they have spa facilities and a relaxation room and even during the email communication it was said we could use such facilities. But these facilities did not exist so not really sure which facilities they were happy for us to use. They should advertise and communicate properly going forward as there was no pool either!
