The spa was not great! Was only a sauna available (which was aware of) but out of order when arrived (and not told). My appointment time was changed due to "maintenance works." yet someone had a massage at the time I'd booked so I'd obviously been lied to.
One shower available that was absolutely disgusting with rubbish left on the floor and flooded water/blocked. hairdryer available and had to walk back with wet hair.
The massage was nice but overall very poor experience. Would not return.

Had a lovely time at the spa. I had a voucher through Groupon that allowed me and my partner to get a 60 minute treatment and a glass of Prosecco. On the day it seemed like the staff had a few bits going wrong, was running behind and we were unable to get our Prosecco. The treatments were lovely and it’s a lovely spa but just a bit disappointed that I couldn’t get full use of the voucher which was a birthday present.

Kind, informative, accommodating, patient and professional staff.
Relaxing environment and great herbal tea.

Having been to other spas, this one seemed slightly unprofessional. We were 5 minutes late, so it could explain not being offering anything on arrival/things feeling rushed. (I did call in advance to explain we were struggling to find the entrance).
However, the main flaws were that the masseuses phone went off quite loudly during the massages and no apology was given afterwards. And unfortunately, in general, the overall energy from the staff was neither warm nor welcoming.
