I had a couples massage here and had a really painful head massage that left me bruised. They also forgot to massage the area I specified even though they made me fill out a form beforehand. My partner had a great massage though, so I think it may be down to luck and who you get.
The sauna is really sweet though and their prosecco is very nice.

Please DO NOT waste your money here! Had this booked by my mum for me and my partner on my birthday. Was told to get there 15 mins before massage at 5. Was waiting 40 minutes and massage didn’t start till 5:25. Felt so rushed not relaxing at all, not to mention it was £178 for a 55 minute full body massage it was barely 40 minutes. Worst experience I’ve had and awful customer service to add on too.
