It’s was Ridiculous . Very unorganised. Dirty and one hours sauna looks we sat on chairs on park . Cold and nothing at all .hope to never have this experience in my life again 🧐

I had an amazing experience, I can honestly say it was the best massage I ever had (& I’ve had loads!). The service from the ladies was superb, although the relaxation area and the sauna is small it was still a really relaxing experience, an extra bonus that I received it at discounted price :)

My partner had a great massage,yet I brought a voucher for him via Groupon which was for 25 min Swedish massage and 30 min exfoliating experience,When we arrived we were given the option to swap the exfoliation to a facial which he was over the moon about,
When the massage had finished, he come out and mentioned no facial was given,
We were told that we could book for the next day to have the facial or a refund, we could not do next day, and was refused as was brought via Groupon. Not happy
