We had a mother and daughter full body massage. During the time my daughter said she could see my masseuse texting on her phone whilst massaging the side of my neck with her other hand. This is very unprofessional,not to mention unhygienic. We left a written message of complaint on the reception desk when we left as there was no one there,,we have not been contacted by anyone or offered any apology,The person concerned was black,and the massage was done on 09/06 st 12.

Had an absolutely lovely weekend at the hotel and spa, the staff all round were brilliant, spa staff were friendly and welcoming and made us feel comfortable and the treatments were amazing! Would definitely recommend and will be returning. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend

Sabrina was amazing from the moment we booked to the moment we arrived. Very professional and considerate. The therapist was also wonderful, the treatment was just what the doctor ordered.
