I live 1.5 hours away from the SPA but the treatments I have received here and the knowledge of the therapist is well worth the drive. I find any excuse now to nip to Birmingham and get a treatment.
I always feel great afterwards and sleep well.

When I arrived, the door was locked, so it a very welcoming experience.
The salt scrub was good but slightly ruined by the masseuse chewing gum.
The massage was cut short by 30mins by the masseuse so I got brought back after my facial to finish off my time. But meant it wasn't very relaxing and it did not progress smoothly. Masseuse constantly on her phone which was obvious when she tried to do anything 1 handed and was very poor quality and she forgot the pressure agreed.
Value for money bad.

The face massage wasn’t included so I had to pay extra £35. Overall it was a good experience

I was treated by Eva, who was exceptionally warm and welcoming throughout my visit. The spa itself was clean and inviting, though rather compact in size.
