Ludmilla is always so warm and welcoming. Great service and value for your money. Ludmilla is the only hairdresser we trust in London. Would definitely recommend!

Salon was shut and phone was not answered. Don't know if this is the fault of Treadwell or the salon, but either way very unimpressed.

The girls were lovely, the salon well looked after but I was incredibly disappointed with the outcome of a colour I had. After doing a half head of highlights (ashy blonde hair), I was left with colour and texture that were close to grey steel wool. They tried three washes to correct the colour mistake but nothing worked. After spending £120 (prepaid sadly) and in excess of two hours in the salon, I had to head to a nearby Maida Vale salon for a corrective Olaplex treatment which still managed to restore only a little bit of texture. I felt bad for the colourist as I could see she knew it had gone wrong, and I emailed the salon directly to share my regret to give them a chance to offer some kind of response but... no reply. I'm really sorry to say, though the staff are amenable, I would not recommend visiting this salon. You're paying top salon prices for an apprentice-level outcome.
