Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great experience. The technician removed my old BIAB and then explained that I had booked the “wrong” BIAB service and needed to pay extra because my nails are long and require “BIAB with tips.”then the next client arrived, and I felt like my technician became rushed. When the BIAB was applied, several nails were uneven and wonky. I ended up having to file leftover gel at home and try to fix some of the shaping myself.

The treatment was okay but I had to pay £10 extra as the salon price was more expensive than the treatwell price. Just a heads up as I probably wouldn’t have booked if I knew it would be a little more expensive.
