I had booked via treatwell for 1pm and when I went, Lucy had been doing someone’s nails and said the time slot wasn’t available yet I could book on here? So I had a trainee do my nails and the biab is chipping already after a few days.

Absolutely wonderful technicians who truly made the experience special. They were so attentive, warm, and genuinely caring, constantly checking in and making sure we were comfortable. It felt like such a treat from start to finish.
