unfortunately this was the worst wax i have ever had. lukewarm wax for a hollywood meant excruciating pain. the barber shop lucy's room is in is very unclean, the toilets had clumps of hair everywhere. she had me in positions i've never been in for waxes and i honestly thought i would pass out from the pain. the wax isn't even 100% smooth and i was literally bruised for 2 days. she's very nice but this was nothing short of a torture chamber.
