I prepaid £63 for BIAB removal, BIAB extension, and £5 for glitter in the salon, but the salon provided acrylic services totaling £55, so I should have received a £13 refund. The technician suggested switching to acrylic and I agreed, but after requesting the refund, the salon’s pricing explanations kept changing. They later claimed length-based pricing and updated Treatwell only after my request, which felt misleading.
