I had a deep tissue massage with reflexology for the first time today and I was a little apprehensive due to recovering from injury and Lucy was very considerate of that- I also suffer from anxiety and she used specific essential oils to help combat that which was amazing. Very relaxing and I’ll 100% go back again!

Lucy is friendly, attentive and worked with me so that I got the most out of my sports massage through a combination of techniques. The essential oils she uses are divine, and the atmosphere was more 'spa' than clinical, so the massage proved to be relaxing as well as effective.
