This was not reflexology! It was a foot massage by someone who didn’t speak English. Reflexology should be pressure points and talking through any potential weaknesses.

I was a bit nervous about getting acupuncture for the first time but the team made me feel really reassured. I received an acupressure massage which was really wonderful and would definitely come back for. My only feedback is that the hole to put my face through the table for acupressure massage was a little awkward and I would have appreciated the paper being torn so I could put my face through properly.
