Lucia is absolutely lovely and so professional. She puts you at ease instantly. My shellac manicure and pedicure have been admired by many people at work and I can't stop looking at them myself. She takes the time to do a careful and thorough job and the results are perfect. The eyebrow wax was also spot on. Thanks so much Lucia - I'll definitely return.
