Unfortunately, my experience with this salon was awful. I had a gel manicure with this salon and it out to be very messy and patchy almost looking like I did it myself. Their reason was it’s because I had a hard gel under it but the last time I went to the salon right across the road nailbox kilburn I did not have a good experience. If anyone is local please don’t fall for the design of this salon. The customer service was good in the salon but they weren’t accommodating for any bad review.

Carla is the only woman able to make me keep up with my nails; I have got really bad and damaged nails so I need to extend them. She has been patient and the result was super natural. I am now at my 3rd appointment but looking forward fot the 4th! She also advised me on what to do next in order to increase strengh and make my natural nails look healthier. I also enjoy the athmosphere in the studio since all the girls are super funny and friendly. V.
