Luca was really assuring and was extremely pleasant throughout the whole appointment. Had a stiff back and he did some manual therapy and gave me some exercises to do. Would definitely recommend!

to my surprise, the lymphatic drainage massages with Luca are probably the most effective kind of massage I've ever had. If you've tried deep tissue/sports massages before and still have problems, try lymphatic drainage.
