I had a fantastic sports massage. He really zeroed in on the knots in my shoulders and neck, and I left feeling so much more relaxed and with noticeably less tension. The pressure was perfect – firm enough to really work out the knots but never painful. I highly recommend the services and would definitely go back

Exeptional as usual! The massage was incredibly effective and tailored exactly to what my body needed. Luca took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me some practical exercises to help maintain progress between sessions. He regularly checked in during the session, asking about the level of pressure and if I felt very comfortable, which made the experience really personalized and reassuring.
