I came in with a few niggles and tight areas. Lucas was very attentive to what I had to say and treated those areas really well but also found other areas which I hadn't realised were tight. He gave a very thorough massage and I felt so noticeably looser the next day with already noticeable improvements in my sports performance! I have seen several therapists in the area that are so so, but I will definitely be coming back to LPS.
