The whole experience exceeded all expectations. Although I was late, Ludmila was very understanding on the phone and was very kind to hold my place. The staff member that welcomed me was very warm. I had a hollywood wax and Ludmila was very careful, understanding, calm and extremely thorough. Honestly the best wax I've had- there is no hair at all! Thanks again, Ludmila, I will be back.
