Alessio was very careful with my hair and listened exactly to what I wanted. He cut it less than I had originally asked (which is rare, I am always scared hairdresser would cut more than what I ask) and removed volume from underneath resulting in a light haircut but maintaining the hair length.
Additionally the hair washing experience was really good - with a chair massaging my back and a head massage.
Definitely recommend!
