Alessio is really nice. Unfortunately, I’m not happy with my haircut. The layers are not subtle as I’d expected. Maybe an issue with my hair or that I didn’t express myself correctly, I don’t know. I don’t think I’m coming back.

Alessio did a great job on my hair,which isn't easy to manage as it's long, thick and curly. He ensured I was comfortable when he washed my hair, which was appreciated especially as I'm pregnant. He also used the appropriate products in my hair before using heating, which elsewhere I've had to ask. I appreciated that masks were worn by everyone and hand sanitiser was available, which during the current circumstances is needed, especially if vulnerable. The salon was clean and tidy!
