Agreed on only cutting a small amount off the ends of my hair and long layers. Ended up with all my growth from the past 4 months cut off and with choppy layers and heavy layers around my face despite having said only shaping & to keep that section long to grow it. When I said that it was shorter than I wanted the hairdresser tried to convince to me it was just a trim by showing me hair on the floor,then blamed me for asking for layers in the first place, she ended with ‘well what can I do now’
