Ben was great! Just didn't have enough time to achieve what I really wanted so I'm left a little disappointed. They should've asked me to come back another time since they ran out of time and offered to finish my balayage since its no where near what I wanted. I felt rushed towards the end when it should've been a relaxing experience.
