Really great experience. I was offered tea, coffee, water. The technician took his time and i am very pleased with my nails.

I was horrified. Staff didn't wear gloves and kept jumping between doing my nails and someone's feet. I highly doubt any of the tools were sterile either. Staff was nice but I will never go back there again. Nails look bad as well. They are not shaped properly and the coat look so uneven that soon I will need to find another salon to fix this. I just hope I will not get any infection :/

I was the only person in the salon and I asked for black with fine silver glitter, lady put a clear black glitter on.. then I told her I asked for back she put black twice, then glitter which was too think as I wanted it lighter (I can hardly see the back through the glitter it’s that thick, Alpert from the edges and bottom where you can still see my plain ).. and then finally top coat) which left you can see the plain nail as well as the black as it’s not all the way to the edge on both of my hands.. my feet on the other hand are done to the standard I wanted.. if I was that way inclined I would of complained and got at least half of my money back... I have had gel nails before twice and this time it was I think the worst so far, I understand that the salon is knew but I would recommend that they listen to the customer at the beginning, or start again if they don’t.. not carry on regardless of end result.
