Kaja was so friendly and welcoming. It was my first time getting a bikini wax and she walked me through it all, step by step. She eased any of my stress by being patient and kind to me. Was a great experience overall for a first timer!

Anne was lovely. Great location right on leith walk. It was my first time at Lovella and I usually get stingy/watery eyes with a lash tint but there was none of that. Happy with my lash and brow colour.
