Anne was highly professional and kind! I was late to the appointment due to some personal circumstances and Anne was quite helpful. Had a really good chat and time throughout the process.

Anne was very considerate and the massage really helped to ease the knots in the back. The facial was very good, and my skin was left hydrated afterwards.
