Managed to book in at late notice and stressed how I needed to get back promptly for work, Lianne worked very fast and got me out in time. She also called me when I'd got back to work to tell me my gold anklet had dropped off in the salon and she set it aside for me so I could collect it later. Can't imagine many places would have done that...
