I was anxious to have my hair cut as I had never been to a salon in the UK, but the staff there was very welcoming, full of smiles. My hair looks better than the picture I showed and it feels much lighter and stylish. Mia was very careful, asked me many questions before and during the process to make sure the lengths were right and I was comfortable. She always makes sure I know what she was doing, even as a first time visitor, I felt like I could trust her. The wash felt nice. Will come again!
