The lady who cut my hair was lovely, but unfortunately my hair was not cut well - the ends are very uneven (I noticed the next day when my friend pointed it out and took a photo). I've emailed Lovelee Hair regarding this, hoping I could get at least a partial refund so I can fix my hair elsewhere, but they didn't respond. I've been to Lovelee Hair before and was happy with my previous cut, so I'm quite shocked to say I am disappointed this time.

I had my hair done by Ruby for my graduation, and she was absolutely wonderful! I was a bit skeptical at first, but she immediately made me feel comfortable. Ruby was kind, professional, and talked me through the entire process. She made sure to style my hair exactly how I wanted, and we had a lovely conversation throughout. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend her!
