I had a dry haircut. As this was my first time here I was unsure of what my experience would be like, but I left very pleased. I had a few inches cut and Mia was really good at ensuring that the cut went from longer to short instead of cutting it short straight away which I appreciated. She also really ensured that it was a smooth and even finish. And she has an incredible personality and it ties in really well with ensuring customers feel heard and understood. Thank you for a great experience!
