Had a lovely experience with Claudia! She was friendly, professional, and easy to chat with. I loved how she took the time to explain everything about the Brazilian blowout which I was clueless but curious to try out next time, she gave such great advice. She was super patient with my thick hair and gentle when handling it, and she totally nailed the highlights, and lowlights based on what I’d asked for. Love my hair, thank you!
