When I entred the salon, no one didn't say hello to me. I just stood the reception area for a while and one of staff told me to sit down at the waiting area. i waitted for 20minutes without any appology or explainon, I felt unwelcomed,they even didn't asked my name so i don't know how they confirmed my appointment. My hair cut was ok but not as good as saw on this reviews.
