Haircut was fine as always but sticking with Lisa in the future. Was told one inch was being cut, and three inches were taken away instead without checking in with me. I get regular cuts so there was no need to remove that much. Lesson learned.

Lisa was exceptional! I had some old blonde highlights and the roots grown out. Sadly I also had loads of grey hairs which made my hair look pretty strange. Lisa managed to introduce the grey hairs beautifully in my balayage, as if they didn't even exist. She chose the perfect blonde colours for my hair. The haircut was also amazingly done. Really impressive work :)
