Lisa was exceptional! I had some old blonde highlights and the roots grown out. Sadly I also had loads of grey hairs which made my hair look pretty strange. Lisa managed to introduce the grey hairs beautifully in my balayage, as if they didn't even exist. She chose the perfect blonde colours for my hair. The haircut was also amazingly done. Really impressive work :)
