I used to love Lisa but I think she was distracted and paid no attention to me. Finished in 10 minutes.
I have an anxiety with hairdressers due to extreme hair loss and she knew that yet she didn’t pay extra attention and actually pulled my hair which is my biggest anxiety.
I guess it is normal for people with normal hair but I don’t appreciate it at all.
She might have had a bad day but this is a paid service and I expect care and attention.
