Mia was quick and efficient, styled in a way that I wanted. However, a lot of the cut hair went all over inside my clothes. and I did not feel Mia handled it professionally. I had to proactively ask for tools and tissues to remove the hair stuck over my face, neck and shoulder and couldn’t do much with what’s stuck over my top or gone inside at the salon. This after-haircut experience ruined the whole experience to be honest, which I did not experience with any other hair dresser’s previously.

I was able to move my appointment forward after visiting the salon. The manager was able to swap it very quickly. The place was really clean.
