Very rude staff and very basic blow dry. My hair is really curly but holds blow dry really well when done properly. Lucy asked me how I wanted my hair styled but she seemed to be reluctant to do it the way I wanted. She went on like I asked but rushed the whole process pulling my hair and blow drying it in a very uncaring sort of can't be bothered way. The hair was really frizzy as a result and not straight at all after 10 min. Not a smile throughout the process left me feeling very unwelcome.
